What is the Sphinx Recital Series?
| The Sphinx Recital Series entails one of the Sphinx Semi-Finalists performing in Borders stores around the country during the year after they participate in Sphinx. Sphinx, with the support of Borders, initiated this program to increase exposure and provide recognition of young minority talent nationwide. Through these community programming efforts, Sphinx attempts to rectify the unnecessary limits placed on classical instrument appreciation by providing a high-visibility forum through which all families can be exposed to and appreciate the abilities of these talented young players. |
