ARTIST DEVELOPMENT
| Sphinx Presents! offers professional performance and exposure opportunities to Sphinx solo artists and ensembles. One of the highlights of this programming area is an upcoming national tour of the Sphinx Chamber Orchestra. This will be a truly historic undertaking and will bring unprecedented visibility to these top young musicians of color. The purpose behind launching Sphinx Presents! is to promote wider awareness of Sphinx’s talented artists in addition to building a stronger presence for professional top Black and Latino musicians on the national performance scene. This area of programming also highlights the Sphinx Laureates at Carnegie Hall , and the Harlem Quartet .
