The Sphinx Global Scholars program takes our vision of diversity in the arts around the world. Although underserved groups look different worldwide, Sphinx brings 15 years of experience in engaging those typically excluded from classical music and works to share these best practices with our international partners.  Through this program, Sphinx artists travel across the globe to serve as cultural ambassadors who engage in teaching, learning and performing abroad.

As Sphinx Global Scholars our musicians:
  • Teach in schools and programs across the world with a focus on underserved populations
  • Learn from professionals abroad, in addition to understanding new cultures
  • Perform for a wide range of audiences, promoting diverse repertoire

Sphinx Global Scholars have held residencies in UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Venezuela, Colombia, South Africa, among other countries.
