Dear Sphinx Family,

Thirty years in, and this work still takes my breath away.

This past year, our professional touring ensembles moved audiences across the country; two Sphinx Medal of Excellence recipients, J’Nai Bridges and Janai Brugger, won a Grammy; and SphinxConnect welcomed 1,200+ participants from around the world. Our second Sphinx Virtuosi album on the Deutsche Grammophon label received rave reviews, while our Sphinx LEAD alumni have taken on leadership roles at some of the most esteemed institutions across the country. All told, we reached 100 million people globally. We are an organization that started with a dream and a belief that classical music's future looks different than its past. And today, we are so proud to have continued this mission over the past three decades, partnering with 300 institutions and investing $20MM in the careers of our artists.

What makes these moments possible is you — our partners and supporters who have stood with us through thirty years of this work. Together, we have built something that continues to grow in ways we couldn't have imagined at the start.

The road ahead is wide open. We enter this next chapter with more momentum, a greater commitment to excellence, and more community than ever before. We are grateful and just getting started.
